My dinner rocked

I had a pack of country style ribs in the freezer, and I thought, 'damn, it's a good day to grill'. So I did. Hickory and brown sugar BBQ sauce, slow cooked on a propane grill. The kids had cheeseburgers, and ate under the tree in the yard. After work Mom picked up some potato salad from the deli, and dinner was complete. Holy crap that was good. I'd have taken pictures, because those ribs were a thing of beauty, but I was hungry, so I ate them rather than looking for the camera. You should be jealous.

Come on up to Red Bluff and we will have some asskicking barbecue. I know w place in Anderson that has their own special marinade that they vacuum seal tri tip in, and it's fucking incredible. With that I grill corn on the cob in a seasoned butter, and make spinach and artichoke dip that is to die for, last time we made it in a sourdough breadbowl. Yum!

next time you make those, soak them in cheap beer and onions for a couple hours, until the meat just starts to macerate

and then commence with the mama slappin', it's that good

Oh I will. Living with the 'rents makes cooking with alcoholic beverages pretty much out of the question. Two weeks though mang, two weeks.
